Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and record incoming merchandise and stock according to company standards.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and ensure optimal workflow.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and identifying inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
