Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently select merchandise from the warehouse shelves and pack items securely into boxes for shipment.
- Order Accuracy: Verify order details and ensure all items are correctly labeled and ready for dispatch.
- Scanner Operation: Use handheld barcode scanners to update inventory in real-time.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Equipment Handling: Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely as trained.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other packers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- No Experience Required: Beginners are welcome; we train on the job.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Basic Math: Ability to read order slips and perform simple calculations.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
