Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Prepare pallets and load trucks for delivery with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) effectively.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
