Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation
- Optimize freight routes to reduce transportation costs
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Maintain compliance with DOT/Customs regulations
- Collaborate with sales and production teams for scheduling
- Track shipments using TMS/WMS systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
