Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage inventory control systems and warehouse documentation
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and track delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse staff
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping manifests
- Optimize routes and negotiate freight rates
- Maintain compliance with DOT/International shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- OSHA/Forklift certification preferred
- Excel expertise for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
