Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, manifests)
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping delays and compliance issues proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a maritime environment
- High school diploma; degree in logistics preferred
