Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier rates
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficient in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
