Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software (e.g., TMS systems)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams to optimize routes
- Prepare customs documentation and compliance paperwork for international shipments
- Analyze shipping metrics to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate cross-docking activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in logistics software (TMS/WMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
