Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across air, sea, and ground transportation modes
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for international shipments
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
- Optimize routing to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align logistics strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with documentation experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
