Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage 15-person team with performance metrics and safety protocols
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce waste
- Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless transportation
- Conduct regular safety audits and OSHA compliance checks
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse technology
- Generate operational reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
