Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Operate company-provided equipment: forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated inventory systems
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory control procedures for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate repairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and Forklift Operator certification (company provides equipment training)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse settings
- Experience with automated warehouse equipment and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
