Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members using company-provided equipment
- Implement lean practices to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols with provided PPE
- Coordinate with transportation for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Generate performance reports and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment handling
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
