Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement Lean methodologies to optimize inventory management and reduce waste
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing teams
- Develop training programs to enhance team performance and skill development
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for operational review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Associates) and RF scanners
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated process improvement experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
