Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely dock scheduling and shipment accuracy
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a positive work culture
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Forklift certification and familiarity with material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
