Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free environment
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99%+ accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proven track record of team leadership and performance improvement
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible schedule including weekends
