Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and organization.
- Ensure the warehouse adheres to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and shipping paperwork.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
