Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Perform daily safety inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse storage areas efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Ensure the safety of all team members by adhering to strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
