Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on forklifts to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to maximize space utilization.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class A, B, or C) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and accessing remote portals.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
