Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and stack inventory.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy through proper documentation.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (Must provide certification at time of interview).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and counting.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
