Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect inventory for damages and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers according to safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but NOT required.
