Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Load & Unload: Receive, inspect, and load/unload goods from trucks and storage areas with accuracy.
- Safety First: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock to maximize efficiency.
- Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: None required—we train willing workers!
- License: Valid Driver's License is required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk frequently.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
