Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts to ensure proper working order and safety compliance.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas while maintaining accurate records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Move pallets and heavy loads using proper lifting and carrying techniques to minimize physical strain.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
