Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage inventory with a focus on accuracy and speed to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly workspace to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data or scanning barcodes.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
