Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to assist with the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload trailers and pallets.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily for any defects or maintenance needs.
- Organize and stack inventory materials in an orderly and safe manner.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse floor and equipment.
- Accurately document inventory movements and stock levels.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift operator certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
