Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, scales, label printers)
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following safety protocols
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to the Riverside facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
