Responsibilities
- Retrieve, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently according to customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners safely.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and sealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
