Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from shelves using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Scan products into the inventory management system to maintain accuracy.
- Inspect products for defects and report damaged goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
