Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Efficiently pick items from warehouse shelves and accurately pack them into boxes for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders quickly and accurately to meet daily shipping targets and customer deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep on packing equipment and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for entry-level candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Must be comfortable with fast-paced environments.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available to work full-time hours.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
