Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and weight distribution.
- Verify order details against picking tickets to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading comprehension and math skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Antonio facility.
