Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Manage inventory tracking using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Process customs documentation and compliance for international freight
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient load planning
- Analyze shipping metrics to optimize cost and delivery times
- Maintain client communication for shipment status updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS)
- Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs regulations
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
