Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and modes (LTL, FTL, air, rail)
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, manifests) ensuring 100% compliance
- Monitor shipment tracking proactively, resolving delays and exceptions in real-time
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams for end-to-end visibility
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile shipping discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS systems (Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMC regulations and Incoterms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Experience with international shipping documentation and customs clearance
