Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs while ensuring timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking using WMS and ERP systems
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and customs officials for compliance and efficiency
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide proactive client updates
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure strict adherence to DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with international experience
- Expertise in Incoterms, customs documentation, and carrier management
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- OSHA Hazmat certification and DOT compliance knowledge
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
