Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise within the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
