Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify inventory against purchase orders.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare products for shipment and ensure orders are accurate and ready for delivery.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, scanners, and conveyor belts as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing items.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
- Background Check: Must pass a drug screen and background check.
