About the Role:
As a Weekend Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. You will be responsible for selecting products from inventory shelves, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring that every package leaves our facility in perfect condition. Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and shipping guidelines.
- Inspect items for quality, accuracy, and damage before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time or part-time basis.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
