Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient for operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and free of hazards to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail when handling merchandise.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions; effective communication skills.
- History: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
