Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks and report inventory discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
