Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock counts in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and handling cash/valuables if applicable.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
