What You’ll Do:
- Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize, inventory, and stock merchandise in the warehouse.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory systems.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.

Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet KPIs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clutter-free and safe workspace.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle location.
