Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, safely and efficiently.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and update stock levels.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work various shifts (Day, Swing, Night).
- Experience with forklift operation (OSHA certification) is a plus but not required.
