Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately count incoming inventory against packing slips.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company security policies.
- Assist in monthly inventory counts and cycle audits.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and billing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions when loading docks.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
