Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and stocking incoming inventory with a focus on accuracy and organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks to move materials.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards) and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, timecards, and inventory reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and navigate warehouse aisles.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day, Swing, or Night) and weekends as needed.
