Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing freight using various material handling equipment.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure data integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely after certification.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and inventory purposes.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
