Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and stage products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders with precision, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled for shipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately to the Supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Licensing: Valid Forklift Certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable but willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk throughout the facility.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
