Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Control: Utilize WMS systems to scan, track, and manage stock levels accurately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience with warehouse equipment (Forklift) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
