Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using various material handling equipment.
- Organize stock in the warehouse and prepare orders for shipment.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills for labels and instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
