Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and shipping labels.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure real-time inventory accuracy and data integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization of merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
