Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical issues quickly.
- Assist in maintaining proper labeling and documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklift) is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as business needs dictate.
- Valid driver's license may be required for driving company vehicles.
