Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
