Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality goals.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
